Studio Vino is the brainchild of Jonathan Kleeman — Head Sommelier, Beverage Director, and Consultant.

With two decades in the industry and a background in some of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants (including The Ritz and (Hi)Story Group), Jonathan has led wine programs, trained teams, opened venues, and negotiated with the world’s best wine producers.

He founded Studio Vino to bring that experience to a broader set of clients, especially smaller, independent hospitality venues that may not have the budget or capacity to employ a full-time sommelier of his calibre. Jonathan believes those venues still deserve expertly curated wine programs and teams equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Studio Vino exists to bridge the gap between high-end wine knowledge and practical, results-driven hospitality consulting.
